IN CASE OF INCLEMENT WEATHER

In case of poor weather, a message will be posted to the Garden Center Super Sunny Walk 'n Roll event page with event status updates. If you'd like to receive weather alerts by text, just text JOIN WALK to (708) 954-2253.

PARKING

Parking is available on the side streets around the field; Central Park Ave., 111th St. and 112th Pl. You may also park in the parking lot off 111th St. near the Mt. Greenwood Park. Please leave the Central Park Ave. lot open for those who need accessible parking. See map.

SNACKS & DRINKS

Pepsi is providing complimentary water, soft drinks, and snacks.

LUNCH OPTIONS

Lunch will be served immediately following walk - prepared by volunteers from the Knights of Columbus.
Cravings Ice Cream will provide a free dish for all attendees!

RESTROOMS

Restrooms are available in the building by the concession stand. There is also an accessible portable restroom located in the lot just south of the building.

SPLIT THE POT

We will have one split-the-pot drawing at 12:55pm. You DO NOT need to be present to win.

GAMES

We will have several games set up to play throughout the event and be prepared for another fun kickball game following lunch!

FIRST AID

Basic First Aid supplies are available at the concession stand or registration area.

PHOTOS

Don’t forget! By Friday, September 27th, the QR code on your event shirt will be redirected to our event page with photos from today and 2025 event info.
