Description:  Seeking dedicated, attentive female staff to assist a young woman with varied interests and skills who resides in or around the Skokie, Illinois area. The person would be responsible for providing assistance to the young woman who is challenged by auditory and visual impairments, as well as a physical disability as she seeks to improve her quality of life by attending to her daily needs, seeking employment and volunteer opportunities, and participating in social, recreational and educational activities.

Requirements:

• Applicants must have a high school diploma/GED and knowledge of ASL/Sign English,

• Illinois drivers license.

• Tactile sign experience a plus

• Potential compensation-$15.00 per hour plus depending on experience.

• This is a part time position with on call availability required

• Practicum credit may be available for students
